This webinar will teach you how to breathe, stretch, and meditate for more easeful breathing and stress reduction. After being lead through gentle stretches and easy yoga postures, Mira will also guide you through chanting practices to reduce stress levels and clear the mind. The class concludes with a guided relaxation and meditation incorporating breath awareness and visualization tecniques.
The cost for each webinar is $10.

Healing with the Six Tastes – An Online Wellness Retreat hosted by Mira Devi

As an experiential workshop, this webinar will help you familiarize yourself with the wonders of The Six Tastes. Mira will discuss their specific qualities and how they are based on the five elements. Furthermore, the effects these have on the bodymind will be introduced and suggestions on which tastes are more favorable depending on the season will be provided.
